PlantedMD is operated by Kilimanjaro Road Partners LLC. This notice explains what information plantedmd.com collects and how we use it.
What we collect
- Age check. The date of birth you enter is checked in your browser and is not sent to us or stored. Your browser keeps a note that you passed the check for 30 days so you aren't asked again.
- Email signups. If you sign up for opening updates, we collect your email address.
- Job applications. If you email us a resume or cover letter, we receive whatever you include.
- Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs basic information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. The site's fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when your browser requests them.
We don't use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies on this site.
How we use it
- To send opening updates and PlantedMD news you signed up for
- To review job applications and contact applicants
- To run, secure and fix the website
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers that run our website and email (Amazon Web Services and Google), and when required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep signup emails until you unsubscribe and application materials for as long as needed for hiring and recordkeeping.
Your choices
To unsubscribe, ask what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, email team@plantedmd.com.
Adults only
This site is for adults 21 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
Changes
If we change this notice, we'll post the new version here with a new date.
